We serve as the booster club for local athletes training and competing in regional, national, and elite-level meets.
The Organization must be governed by an elected Executive Board, supported by additional board positions including Family Representatives and an Advisor. The duties of the Executive Board include execution of the day-to-day business of the Organization and serving the main contact with the Club owner and coaches.
The Executive Board shall conduct at least one general membership meeting biannually in May, at which time elections are to be held. Regular meetings of the Executive Board shall be held not less than three (3) times per year. The General Membership shall meet no less than one (1) time per year.
In accordance with nonprofit transparency guidelines, BMGA makes its board meeting minutes available for public viewing. These records provide insight into our decision-making process and our commitment to responsible governance.
